Air Transat voted World's Best Leisure Airline

Air Transat is pleased to announce that it has been named the World’s Best Leisure Airline for the sixth time at the 2024 Skytrax World Airline Awards.

The World’s Best Leisure Airline Award represents passenger satisfaction of the product and staff service standards that leisure airlines provide to customers onboard flights and at the airport.

Air Transat won this award in 2012, 2018, 2019, 2021, 2023 and now 2024, in addition to being voted North America’s Best Leisure Airline in 2022.

About the World Airline Awards

Airlines are ranked on over 60 different criteria, from check-in and boarding to staff service and seat comfort, cleanliness and in-flight entertainment. The customer survey operated from September 2023 to May 2024, and over 100 customer nationalities participated in the 2023/2024 survey with 21.42 million eligible entries counted in the results which covered over 350 airlines.
