If you have selected the Unprotected by ConnectSure option, Dohop's customer service team will help you find a new flight, but you will have to make your own flight and accommodation reservations if necessary, and pay any costs incurred.
If you have selected the Protected by ConnectSure option, and one of your flights is delayed or cancelled, Dohop will search for, and book, an alternative flight at no extra cost. Simply contact their customer service team at: 204-808-2377, service@dohop.com or via live chat at support.dohop.com.
If Dohop cannot find an alternative flight, you will be reimbursed for the unused portion of your booking.
If your new flight is scheduled for the following day, Dohop will reimburse you for the cost of a hotel room (up to €100, or approximately CA $143) and meals (up to €15, or approximately CA $21 per day).
If you have selected the Protected Plus by ConnectSure option, in addition to the Protected by ConnectSure inclusions, you will receive a full refund if you need to cancel your flight and can evidence one of the many reasons indicated in our Terms and Conditions.
