Air Passenger Protection Regulations
If you are denied boarding, your flight is cancelled or delayed for at least two hours, or your baggage is lost or damaged, you may be entitled to certain standards of treatment and compensation under the Air Passenger Protection Regulations.

The Canadian Transportation Agency (CTA) serves as a dispute resolution authority over certain air transportation related issues. European Union and United Kingdom Air passenger rights
If you experience a flight delay for at least 3 hours, a cancellation or a denied boarding for your flight departing from the European Union or the United Kingdom, you could be entitled to certain standards of treatment and compensation. Rights of Mexican passengers
Airlines, since 8 November 2017, are obliged to provide all their passengers with efficient and quality service, as well as to respect and inform consumers truthfully, adequate and clearly of their rights and obligations. Rights and Obligations of Passengers departing from Peru
If you experience a flight delay of at least 2 hours, interruption of transport, cancellation or overbooking for your flight departing from Peru, you may be entitled to certain standards of treatment and compensation. Legal framework of the Montreal Convention
Passenger's rights against the Carrier in the event of a cancelled flight, an overbooking or a cancellation involving international carriage are, in most cases, governed by an international convention known as the Montreal Convention. {$Transat.Blanklink.Web.Accessibility$}
Article 19 of this Convention provides that an air carrier is liable for damages caused by delay in the carriage of passengers and cargo, unless such air carrier proves that it has done everything that could reasonably be expected to avoid such damages.
Therefore, each claim for compensation for flight disruption will be considered on a case-by-case basis in compliance with this legal standard.
