Passengers travelling to/from the United States:
If your flight is significantly changed or cancelled, you will be offered the option of alternative transportation or a refund of the unused flight segment via the same method of payment on file.
If you are given a deadline to accept or reject an offer of alternative transportation, your failure to respond within the prescribed time frame will be considered an acceptance of the alternative transportation offered. Any subsequent cancellation or modification on your part will be treated in accordance with the terms of the reserved fare class.
