    • If you purchased your ticket on Porter's website, you can manage your booking here
    • If you purchased your ticket on Air Transat's website, you can manage your booking here
  • In the event of a flight delay or cancellation, you will be looked after at the connecting stop. The airline operating the flight will present you with your options and make the necessary changes.

  • You can easily choose a seat via each airline's website. Simply log in with your booking numbers, indicated on the booking confirmations you received. You will need to select your seat for each of your flights.

  • No, Option Plus is not available on any itinerary that includes a codeshare flight.

  • Club Class services and benefits are only available on the flight operated by Air Transat.

  • If both of your flights are on the same day, you only need to check in once - for your first flight

    Online check-in is available 24 hours to one hour before your flight.

  • No, you only need to check in your baggage for your first flight*. Your baggage will automatically be delivered to your final destination.

    If you are travelling with only a carry-on and have checked in online, you may proceed directly to security.

    Please note that if the departure date of your second flight is different from that of your first flight, you will have to collect your baggage and check in again with the airline operating the 2nd flight.

  • You can add and pay for checked baggage when you check in at the airport with the airline operating your first flight.

  • Since you are travelling with two different airlines, the baggage allowance and weight may vary from one airline to another. We recommend that you check the baggage policies of the airlines you are flying with.

  • No, it is not possible to travel with sporting equipment on an itinerary that includes a codeshare flight.

  • The Kids Club service is available only on the flight operated by Air Transat.

  • No, pets are not permitted in the cargo hold and cabin on any itinerary that includes a codeshare flight. However, service dogs with the required certification and documentation are permitted in the cabin.

  • Yes, manual wheelchairs are accepted and do not require a reservation. Passengers travelling with a battery-operated wheelchair should contact the airlines operating each flight.

  • Yes, airport assistance is provided by each airline for persons with reduced mobility.

  • It is possible to pre-order a special meal for the flight operated by Air Transat.

  • It's simple. Select your departure and return destinations in our search engine.
  • The follow-up for your booking should be done on the website of the airline operating the first flight segment. For example, if you’ve booked a flight from Europe to Western Canada with the first flight operated by Air Transat and the second by Porter, the follow-up will be handled on Air Transat's website.

    If you need to cancel your booking, you must contact the airline that issued your ticket. Full cancellations can be made online through the Manage My Booking (MMB) tool, but partial cancellation and modifications are not available online—you will need to call the airline for any changes.

    For additional services on Air Transat-operated flights, only seat selection can be added online, as baggage purchase is not available. You must visit the website of the operating carrier to add seat selection. If your ticket was purchased through Porter Airlines (PD), your booking will not be accessible via Air Transat's MMB tool. In this case, you will need to call us directly or be transferred by Porter’s customer service.

    Please note that MMB can only access bookings issued by Air Transat (TS). You can select your seat on the Air Transat segment via MMB but will need to visit Porter’s website to manage seat selection for your Porter-operated flights.
  • When travelling with Air Transat and Porter , managing connections is seamless. You can make a single reservation and check-in for flights operated by both airlines. Your checked baggage will be automatically transferred to your final destination. In case of flight delays or cancellations, you will be protected and taken care of by the airlines. .
  • Unfortunately, booking a stopover online isn't possible. However, you can book two separate flights using our search engine. 
  • Carry-on baggage policies may vary between Air Transat and Porter Airlines. For flights departing from Europe to Canada, Air Transat includes a carry-on bag in all fare types. On connecting Porter flights, your carry-on baggage will be accepted without additional fees. We recommend checking the specific dimensions and weight limits for each airline before traveling to ensure compliance with their respective policies. 
  • If you are transiting through Canada on an international flight, you may need an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA), depending on your nationality. We advise checking the Government of Canada’s official website to confirm the entry requirements applicable to your situation. 
  • If you are arriving in Canada from an international destination, you must clear immigration and customs at your first point of entry before continuing to your final destination. For flights to the United States, pre-clearance may be available at select Canadian airports. 
  • Meal service varies by airline and route. Air Transat offers complimentary meals on transatlantic flights, while Porter Airlines provides snacks and beverages on board. We recommend checking each airline’s meal policy for specific details on your journey. 
  • Toronto Pearson Airport (YYZ) and Montréal-Trudeau Airport (YUL) offer a range of facilities for connecting passengers, including lounges, dining options, and duty-free shopping. Both airports provide assistance for smooth connections between flights. We suggest reviewing the airport websites for detailed information on available services. 
  • For passengers travelling on a codeshare flight between Air Transat and Porter Airlines, the connection process at Montréal-Trudeau (YUL) and Toronto Pearson (YYZ) is designed to be seamless. Upon arrival at your first Canadian airport, you will need to clear immigration and customs before proceeding to your next flight. However, your checked baggage will be automatically transferred to your final destination, so there is no need to collect it during your connection. Signage and airport staff are available to guide you through the process, and both airports offer customer service counters to assist with any questions. We recommend allowing sufficient connection time and checking airport guidelines for a smooth transfer.
