You will be able to select your meal up to 72 hours before the flight for departures until October 31, 2025 for the pizza, breakfast sandwich and Reuben sandwich trios. All other items will be available for departures until April 30, 2025. Subject to availability.
For flights to the South (excluding Peru) and the United States that are longer than three hours, you will be able to choose from the pre-order items.
You will not be required to select the drink of your choice at time of booking, but rather during in-flight service. Options include: beer, wine, spirits, soft drinks, bottled water, tea or coffee at no additional charge. Subject to availability. Sparkling wine is excluded from the selection.

No, this menu is available to Economy Class passengers. However, Club Class passengers can make their meal selection at the time of booking or up to 72 hours before departure, from flights to and from Europe, Peru and Morocco.
Yes, an Option Plus passenger who has purchased a meal using the pre-order service can also enjoy the Option Plus inclusions on board (snack and drink).
You can select the children's bento box which includes ham and cream cheese pinwheel bites, brownies, vegetables, apple sauce and crackers. However, children can also select the same meals as adults along with a non-alcoholic drink of their choice.
Yes, an electronic confirmation of your order will be sent to you.
Yes, passengers travelling in a group will be able to pre-order their meals through the Customer Contact Centre, since the pre-order service is not available during the booking process.
Yes, you must choose your meal for each flight individually.
No. Once a pre-order has been made, it cannot be changed.
In the case of a flight change initiated by Air Transat, the meal selection will automatically be transferred to the new booking. However, if Air Transat is unable to honour the meal selection due to inventory constraints or because the meal is not available on the new flight, the airline will contact customers to inform them.
When you request a flight change, the meal selection is processed at the time of the change and transferred to the new flight if available.
If a flight is cancelled by Air Transat, Bistro pre-order items will be fully refunded according to the payment method on file.If you cancel the flight, pre-order is non-refundable.
