Located 23 km north of Paris, which can be reached by RER, the Roissybus and offers between terminals shuttles as well. At the airport, travellers will find a number of shops and services, as well as food courts. 3 of them are situated at Terminal 3. WiFi is also available free of charge in all terminals of the airport.

Air Transat Check-In Counters

  • Club Class: Our dedicated Club Class and Option Plus counters offer priority check-in to passengers who have opted for these services. Option Plus passengers are also welcome to check in at the Club Class counter if there are no clients waiting in line.
  • Kids Club: Families travelling with children can check in at our dedicated Kids Club counter or even at our Club Class counter.
  • Economy Class: All other passengers are invited to check in at our Economy Class counters.

    • Kids zone: spaces with touch screen TV, play games, hopscotch and an interactive planisphere are just some of the entertainment options available for young children at the various terminals.

  • Connected to Paris

    There are a number of ground transportation options available from Charles-de-Gaulle International Airport:

    • RER: The Île-de-France regional express network serves the whole of Paris and its metropolitan area, sharing some of its stations with the metro network. It is the most common means of transport from Paris Charles-de-Gaulle International Airport.
    • Roissybus: This bus service offered by the Paris Autonomous Transportation Authority (RATP) operates between the airport and the Opera station, with all day departures at an average frequency of 20 minutes.
