Price Drop Guarantee – Request for Fare Adjustment

This form is for the exclusive use of travel agents requesting a Price Drop Guarantee for their clients who booked during the 2024-2025 Book Early, Get Plenty Promo.

To be eligible the booking must meet all criteria:

  • Bookings made from May 22 to June 28, 2024
  • Travel September 1, 2024 – April 30, 2025
  • South Package
  • Individual bookings only (groups do not qualify)

The following products do not qualify: Offer does not apply to groups, air only, Florida, Europe, Peru and Morocco packages, à la carte accommodations, as well as packages to Sandals & Beaches Resorts, Marival Resorts, Velas Resorts or Couples Resorts Jamaica. It also does not apply to deals of the day, promo room and promotional room upgrades.

The Price Drop Guarantee is valid up to 30 days before departure and applicable only when the departure city, travel dates, destination, room category, occupancy and flights (including class of service) are the same as in the initial booking.

The refund can be up to $200 per adult and $100 per child, minus a $20 per person administration fee.

- I am aware, and have advised my client that there is a one time adjustment being actioned now.
- I understand that the non-refundable administration fee of $20 per person will need to be paid immediately.
- If the claim is made prior to final payment, the final payment will be required 45 days prior to departure.
- For files paid in full at time of request, I understand that my client will receive a refund of the difference in fare less a $20 per person administration fee.
- I understand that the new fare and availability are not guaranteed until I receive the updated invoice from Transat once they have verified eligibility and accuracy of my request.
- I understand that the Price Drop Guarantee applies to passengers in the same room only. For a file with multiple rooms, the Price Drop Guarantee request must be made for each room. All passengers in the same room must take advantage of the Price Drop Guarantee simultaneously.
- Requests submitted for Price Drop Guarantee where travel is within 30 days will be discarded as the time allowed for an adjustment has expired.:
