This form is for individual online bookings made on Transat.com or Airtransat.com. This form may only be used when cancelling at least 24 hours prior to departure. It does not apply to bookings made via third party websites. If you have booked with a travel agency, please contact your travel agent first. If you are unable to reach him/her, please use this form to cancel your last minute reservation.

Once the form is submitted no additional changes or requests will be possible. Transat will proceed with the cancellation of the booking in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable promo.
